Organisational constellation and teamwork

The oezpa GmbH is involved in change management projects (OD and coaching) since 1992 and offers the seminar “organisational constellation and teamwork” as a separate service.

In this seminar the participants have the possibility to get to know the systemic constellation in organisations and enterprises as well as team constellation.
Participants will gain insight the methods and benefits of the constellation.

What distinguishes the oezpa seminar (benefits):
