Participants feedbacks:
"Confidence is a key feature which characterises Oezpa. This possibly the most important thing for you. Without it, you could not fulfil your role. For you it has something to do with experience. Your training and coaching is “hands-on leadership”
Dr. Thomas Jaster, Departmental Head, Vice President, Bank Director, WestLB AG, Dusseldorf, 2008.
"The notifying us of I liked a lot how the attention to the unconscious in organizations was called and also that we reflected on group processes has pleased me very well. From theory to practice cases and also the oezpa environment is great, very pleasant." Dr. Astrid Langer, Head of Securities Service Center, Herford, dwpbank AG, 2008
