Participants feedbacks
„What I found exciting with oezpa was the high degree of practical orientation. I learned a lot of the practical tools of oezpa. There was a lot of practical case material and case work. The interdisciplinary group composition was very good as well.”
Dr. Arndt Ahlers Niemann, coach and organisation developer, former assistant to Prof. Dr. Burkard Sievers, FB OE, Wuppertal, 2009.
"Confidence is a key feature which characterises Oezpa. This possibly the most important thing for you. Without it, you could not fulfil your role. For you it has something to do with experience. Your training and coaching is “hands-on leadership” Dr. Thomas Jaster, Vice President, Bank Director, WestLB AG, Dusseldorf, 2008.
