“Coaching clients needed!”
 
The oezpa GmbH is involved in change management projects (OD and coaching) since 1992 and offers the seminar "Live Coaching” as a separate hands-on service.

Nothing succeeds like learning in practice!

In this seminar our participants have the possibility to improve and train their knowledge in practice. In individual groups with external coaches,  real issues and questions arising from Businees will be worked on.

What distinguishes the oezpa seminar (benefits):
• Intercultural Institute (founding members and team come from different cultures belong to various cultures/ have various cultural backgrounds)
• groups consist of members of management/ economy, are recruited from the business, public law institutions, from social field and the of self-employed persons.
• Small seminar groups seminars
• oezpa has experience with seminar groups and longer-term training groups since 1992
• Not only training facility but also and especially in particular home-OD and coaching consultancy Institute (combination of coaching and OD)
• Participants will be introduced into the oezpa network
• Trainer accepted as senior coach recognized by the Association for Coaching (DBVC)
