Participants’ feedback
"Confidence is a key feature which characterises Oezpa. This possibly the most important thing for you. Without it, you could not fulfil your role. For you it has something to do with experience. Your training and coaching is “hands-on leadership” Dr. Thomas Jaster, Departmetn Head, Bank Director, WestLB AG, Dusseldorf, 2008.
" I liked a lot how the attention was drawn to the unknown in the organisation as well as the reflection within the group workshops.
The theory gained form from the case studies and the oezpa ambience is great, very pleasant." Dr. Astrid Langer, Head of Securities Service Center, Herford, dwpbank AG, 2008.
