Seminar: Intercultural work
Intercultural training primarily demands skills in dealing with people from a range of cultural backgrounds and the ability to behave appropriately abroad, with foreign people in one’s own country and in alternative cultural contexts (e.g. international projects and conferences). However, there is always an effect on cultural learning, i.e. on the awareness of one’s own cultural distinctions and one’s own cultural identity.
