Coaching compact
The oezpa GmbH is involved in change management projects (OD and coaching) since 1992 and offers the seminar "Coaching compact" as a separate service.. In this seminar the participants have the possibility to get to know the role and working method of a coach as well as an overview into essential methods, techniques and coaching instrumentss.
