Organisational development
oezpa GmbH has been working on projects in change management (OD) since 1992 and offers training in organisational development (change management) as a specialist service.
Cases, concepts, methods and instruments are introduced directly from practical project experience.

The training provides participants with professional and personal ammunition - they are able to receive preparatory support as well as practical support for those tasks in which they are currently involved.
