| Project kick-off with students of Fresenius university in cologne, May 2011 Barbara Lagler Özdemir and Lara Jost are accompaning a project team of the degree program "Business Psychology" at Fresenius university. The students Hanna Greis, Susanne Seibel and Dominik Haug work on the issue "Environmental analysis - opportunities and risks of an education institute in Switzerland”. In the first kick-off meeting, the project group presented their first results. Prof. Dr. Vera Aretz, Dean of Studies in the study program "Business Psychology" at Fresenius university, supported the project and was present at the presentation. |

Module 1 "Organisation & OD" was directed by Karsten Trebesch, pioneer of OD. Mr. Trebesch is also associate editor of the magazine "OrganisationsEntwicklung". |

8th Coaching Program of oezpa oezpa is accredited by the German Association of Coaching (DBVC). The program is accepted by DBVC as a professional Business-Coaching Program. The Accrediting by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is in progress and will be finished soon. The Program is supported by the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Cologne, Department of Business Psychology. The program’s concept is practice oriented (international case work, real live coaching sessions etc.) and systemic. Psychodynamic Modules are integrated (orglab, Role analysis and –coaching, Psychoanalytical concepts in coaching). 20 years of international Coaching Practice of oezpa in the Business World is the basis of this Program. In this assignment oezpa works on two levels. First level is on the aspects of Leadership, Change and Strategy.
