oezpa GmbH successfully started the 14th advanced training in organisational development. Module 1 "Organisation & OD" was directed by Karsten Trebesch, pioneer of OD. Mr. Trebesch is also associate editor of the magazine "OrganisationsEntwicklung".

The 8th oezpa ORGLAB (Group Relations Conference) took place in the monastery Walberberg. The main focus was on demonstrating the participants the psychodynamic processes in organisations by learning from experience and reflection.

Bruse Irvine, director of the renowned Grubb Institute in London, will be director of the oezpa ORGLAB 2011. As the associate director of the oezpa ORGLAB 2011 he has invited Barbara Lagler Özdemir. Futhermore Prof. Dr. Ajeet Mathur (India), Nicola Wreford Howard (UK/Netherlands) and Thomas Webers (Germany) will be part of the staff.

The Leicester Conference 
(Tavistock - Group Relations Approach)

Following the invitation of Eliat Aram (CEO, Tavistock Institute London) Hüseiyn Özdemir worked as a staff member at the Leicester Conference from April 6th - April 21st 2011. The staff consisted of professors and consultants from USA, UK, Peru and India.
The Tavistock Institute and oezpa GmbH cooperate officially.

8th Coaching Program of oezpa

oezpa is accredited by the German Association of Coaching (DBVC). The program is accepted by DBVC as a professional Business-Coaching Program. The Accrediting by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is in progress and will be finished soon. The Program is supported by the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Cologne, Department of Business Psychology. The program’s concept is practice oriented (international case work, real live coaching sessions etc.) and systemic. Psychodynamic Modules are integrated (orglab, Role analysis and –coaching, Psychoanalytical concepts in coaching). 20 years of international Coaching Practice of oezpa in the Business World is the basis of this Program. oezpa trains Management Board of Media company

oezpa trains and coaches the Management Board of a Media Company in Leadership as well as in Change Management. In this assignment oezpa works on two levels. First level is on the aspects of Leadership, Change and Strategy. The second level is the teambuilding of the Management Board itself, while training them.
