Coaching
Coaching is our individual-orientated consultancy method for management and personnel. It is a professional form of individual and targeted learning for individuals - limited in time and strictly confidential. Focuses and causes of specific problems and conflict situations are worked out within the scope of open discussion, orientated around personal themes and the specific workplace demands of the individual. Inside this protective framework, it is possible to assess and reflect on personal mindsets and stances. This strengthens the ability to control situations appropriately. Team coaching
Team coaching serves to optimise the work of teams in their"natural"compilation in the workplace.
Superordinate management personnel are involved where this is meaningful. The wealth of experience held by team members is gathered in full and utilised to attain targets and results. Team coaching is a short-term method which is theme-focussed and results orientated.
Team coaching reveals the same cooperative difficulties as those experienced in everyday work. These are consciously"exposed", making it possible to work on them in the framework of team coaching. They are analysed and processed under professional guidance to facilitate the derivation of practical strategies.
Role analysis and consultancy
The concepts of work and career have a great deal of significance in an individual's importance structure, in particular for management personnel.
Role analysis and consultancy can be used where problems and challenges result from roll identity issues and conflicts. This may be conflicting rolls between different areas of life such as work, family and leisure time, or conflicts which arise in a professional sphere with employees, superiors, colleagues or customers.
