Dr. Alfred Colliander
Dr. Colliander has a doctor title in political sciences (Université des Sciences Sociales de Grenoble) and master in folk science (Helsinki). He supports organisations in change processes and is active as a management consultant for oezpa international. Alfred Colliander was active for many years as an operational controller at a multinational enterprise. In this role he has built up a participatory revision process, to overcome the difficulty to push through recommendations. His field of work is stretched from research, up to service and central management functions. Today his special interest field is competence development in organisations and the support of organisation-crossing operating principles.

Walter Hess
Mr. Walter Hess (year 1965, St. Gallen) is a graduate business economist (St. Gallen, Switzerland) and has more than 20 years of experience in the economy. In this time he embraces several management functions (CEO, business manager Far East, sales and marketing manager, production manager and high-class manager). As a top manager Mr. Hess builded up, restructured and redeveloped companies. At this work it was important to him to develop visions, strategies and philosophies in a participative way.

Doris Huth
Ms Huth is employed as a team assistant with oezpa. In this role, Ms Huth supports the management team and the oezpa consultants in the back office. Ms Huth provides assistance to oezpa training and seminar participants.

Kirsten Kratz
Mrs Kratz is a business school graduate. Her main focus of activities is process consultation with a systemic background, as well as professional consultation for personnel development. Her training subjects are: leadership trainings, team trainings, communication, conflict management, change management, moderation and presentation training. Before her activity with oezpa international she led the project management and professional consultation for an international noble metal and technology group. Mrs Kratz is active as a consultant and coach in the area of organisational change and learning processes for oezpa international.

Martina Müller-Krüger
Since 1998 Mrs Müller-Krüger is active in the international personnel development. As an internal personnel developer at BASF AG she moderated numerous intercultural workshops with the aim of optimisation of international cooperation. Also she developed drafts for accompaning expatriates and multicultural teams. Since 2005 Mrs Müller-Krüger consults home and foreign executives of the economc business in intercultural questions. Also she conducts team consultations and coachings.

Nick Papadopoulos
Nick Papadopoulos has two Master of Arts degrees, one in Advanced Organizational Development/Change Management and another in Executive Coaching. He is an executive coach and an organizational coach, development and culture specialist who partners with leaders, senior people and executive teams to help them bring about strategic change and higher level transformation in their organizations. Further more he is a group dynamics expert. Nick Papadopoulos supports and challenges our clients to deeply understand their situation and themselves to helping them find innovative solutions and bring about desired change. He lives and works for oezpa in Athens.

Janine Reffke
Mrs. Janine Reffke has a university degree in business administration and works as an adviser at the oezpa GmbH. Mrs. Reffke accompanies Change Management Projects for organisational, cultural and strategic development for the oezpa GmbH.She is responsible for the project assistance and for the whole customer care. Mrs. Janine Reffke has experience in the implementation of large group conferences (Open Space Technology, Future Search, Real-Time-Strategic-Change, World Café). For the oezpa institute Mrs. Janine takes care on the Alumni domain. |

Hanne Retterath
Ms Retterath works in oezpa's finance division. In this role, Mrs Retterath supports oezpa with financial controlling and bookkeeping.

Savvas Roubanis
Mr. Savvas Roubanis (year 1961, Athens) is a business school graduate and active as a management consultant for oezpa international. He concentrates on reorganisation and organisational development processes as well as post merger integrations. Other core competences are project management, process analysis and ratio projects. Before the engagement with oezpa international Mr. Roubanis was a partner of a consultancy with main focus on marketing and organisation. Before that he was active four years in a German electronics-enterprise in the area of marketing and distribution of the section automotive.

Martin Schulte
Martin Schulte is a graduate psychologist, employed by oezpa GmbH as a leading consultant and coach in the field of organisational change and learning processes. His international commitments comprise project responsibility as well as themes such as team development and coaching, project management, training, potential diagnostics, large group events and workshop moderation. Prior to his position with oezpa GmbH, Mr Schulte worked as a freelance consultant for German management consultancies. He was involved in organisational research, potentials diagnostics, personnel development and marketing, as well as service orientation. Mr Schulte has worked on oezpa GmbH change management projects, during which he has provided consultancy and coaching in the fields of cultural and strategy development (for companies such as Bosch, Siemens, DaimlerChrysler).

Mentors
People from our professional sphere, which are close to us, have supported oezpa in the past and actually. We are linked up with them and stand in active exchange of ideas. Our mentors give us strength and orientation. Unfortunately, some our mentors do not live any more among us. We feel closely linked with them and their minds.
