Our advisory board members are significant personalities from the field of organisational development and management (leadership). The oezpa advisory board supports our institute's development and our projects. It helps us to maintain constant development.

In addition to his roll as Suez chair at the Solvay Business School (University of Brussels, Belgium), Pierre Casse is also Associate Dean for International Affairs, Professor for Organisational Behaviour and Management at the IAE (University of Aix-en-Provence, France) and the Supplementary Professor für Management at the Kellogg School for Management (North Western University in Chicago, USA).

Pierre Casse holds a range of positions with the World Bank and works as a consultant for companies including the following (with directors, managers, and high-potentials):  Roche; Ciba; Hoechst; BASF; Alcatel; Nokia; Honeywell; BAT; ADP; CGEY; Deloitte & Touche; Schneider Electric; UPM; Central Bank of Finland; Walt Disney; Caterpillar; GKN. He is the Managing Director (and proprietor) of the management consultancy Business Innovation Network (BIN), partner of ACG (Aix Consulting Group). To date, he has published over 10 books with focuses on subjects such as multicultural management, leadership, intercultural negotiations, as well as 25 articles.

His areas of specialist knowledge comprise the global market, cultural differences, international negotiations, strategic management and dealing with cultural change.   

 

 

Prof. Jonathan Gosling

Professor and Director of the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter, UK
Chairman of "International Masters in Practicing Management", a global amalgamation of seven business schools.

The focus of his work is management development; he works in teaching and research in areas such as the trends of "world class management". His professional career has encompassed the following: MBA Director of British Airways, Director of the "Strategic Leaders Programme" at BAE Systems, Director of the "Strategic Leaders Unit"at Lancaster University, Director of the "International Management Development Academy" (IMDA) and Guest Professor at the McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Prof. Gosling has published numerous works, possesses comprehensive consultancy experience and has provided support to many group-relations conferences.

 

 

 

Prof. Dr. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Schildhauer

Chief Director of the Institute of Electronic Business
Professor for Electronic Business with a focus on marketing at the Universität der Künste, Berlin.


Prior to this position, his working included the position of Managing Director for Lufthansa Informationstechnik und Software - LIS GmbH for 5 years, where he was responsible for its development into a market and competition-orientated company.
